Introducing the Compact Crosscut Sled Plans

Key Features:

  • Bevel-Cutting Capability: This crosscut sled can cut bevels (45-degree angles) which is something my Mid-Size Crosscut Sled cannot do.

  • Compact Size & Lightweight: This is the perfect size for 95% of the cross cuts you will need to make and light enough to carry anywhere.

  • T-Track: This sled has integrated t-track so you can use a stop block for repeatable cuts.

  • Stop Block: Included in these plans is instruction on how to make an inexpensive and sturdy stop block.

  • Budget Friendly: In terms of wood, this jig only requires 1 sheet of 2’ X 4’ (¾” thick) plywood.

  • Basic Tools Needed: No need for a bunch of expensive tools.

  • Versatility for All Skill Levels: Whether you're a beginner honing your skills or an advanced builder looking for a practical addition to your workspace, these plans cater to all skill levels. The detailed instructions ensure a smooth construction process from start to finish.
